Beta Alpha Xi, Beta Gamma Chi, Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Chi Psi, and the Arizona Region welcome you to the Arizona Regional Leadership Conference. The purpose of this event is to provide an informal environment for chapter officers, members and advisors to develop their leadership skills by learning about Phi Theta Kappa programs and chapter development, as well as provide time for goal setting, teambuilding, and fellowship.
1. The registration must be received by May 26 (late registration is from May 20 - May 26). It may be FAXED to 602.243.8080 or completed on-line on the region webpage http://www.azptkregion.homestead.com/. On-line is our preferred form of registration as it assures that participants' names are spelled correctly etc. Please note that if a student cancels, you can replacethat student with same gender student (due to cabin arrangements).
2. The payment (CHECK not just an invoice) should be brought to the camp.
3. Advisors' registrations will be paid by the region, as will the regional officers' registrations. All others are $80 per person which covers meals and lodging - personal snacks are not included. Please note that advisors and regional officers should be registered with their chapters.
4. Recently, there have been Maricopa chapters that have submitted conference requisitions to incorrect vendors. The correct vendor for Maricopa is Phi Theta Kappa AZ Region, vendor # 2306, Site: Phoenix. Your attention to this detail will make bookkeeping much easier.
