There are four tiers of participation with three event options under each tier. Chapters are required to complete at least one option in each tier. At the very minimum, a chapter will complete four activities. At the maximum, a chapter can participate in twelve events! ATTENDANCE at Regional Meetings(Documented by the Regional Secretary)1.At least one member or advisor attended the Leadership Conference2.At least one member or advisor attended the AZ Honors Institute3.At least one member or advisor attended the Regional ConventionSERVICE PARTICIPATION at Regional Meetings(Documented by the Regional Board or Host Chapter)1.Chapter donated items at the Leadership Conference2.Chapter donated items at the AZ Honors Institute3.Chapter donated items at the Regional ConventionFUNDRAISING for the Region(Documented by the District VP and the VP of Fundraising)1.Chapter has participated in the Recycling Ink Cartridge/Cell Phone Drive2.Chapter has donated items for the Silent Auction at Leadership Conference or Regional Convention3.Chapter has participated in a District FundraiserDISTRICT EVENT PARTICIPATION (Documented by the District VP)1.At least one member or advisor participated in a District Fellowship event2.At least one member or advisor participated in a District Service event3.Chapter has partnered with a community or campus organization to participate in the Regional Service programALL participating chapters who complete the minimum requirement of one event in each of the four tiers will be awarded a certificate of recognition and announced during the Awards Ceremony. The three chapters drawn as district winners for the District Stars Program will receive one paid registration to be used at a 2006-2007 Arizona Regional meeting!
