Chapters wishing to place a bid to host an Arizona Regional Meeting should attend the Regional Planning Meeting, the Sunday morning of the Arizona Regional Convention Weekend. Dates and host chapters are decided for the following year at this meeting.

Why do I sometimes receive two of the same email from the Region?

Sometimes members and advisors are sent two of the same email because he or she happens to be categorised in more than one list (ie. by chapter, advisors, members, etc). Please be patient with the emailing process and know that at the very least, it never hurts to be doubly informed.
